ERL's popular packages are back

KUALA LUMPUR: Express Rail Link (ERL) is back with the KLIA Ekspres' Group Saver & Family Package and the KLIA Transit Petronas Malaysia Grand Prix Transfer Package.

They are in conjunction the mid-term school holidays, the MATTA Fair and the 2012 Formula One competition.

In a statement today, the operator of KLIA Ekspres and KLIA Transit train services said the Family Package is RM75 one-way for two adults and two children (2 to 12 years old), a 25 per cent discount from the normal total fares.

Those traveling together in a group of three or more can enjoy savings with the Group Saver fare of RM25 per person one-way (KLIA Ekspres Standard Single fare is RM35).

The KLIA Transit Petronas Malaysia Grand Prix Transfer Package is available for fans going to the Sepang International Circuit (SIC) to catch Round 2 of 2012 Formula One championship from March 23 to 25.

It is a complete package comprising a train transfer between KL Sentral and KLIA, and a shuttle bus transfer between KLIA and the SIC, and can be bought at KLIA Transit or KLIA Ekspres ticket counters at KL Sentral and KLIA or through online purchasing.

The three package types:
*Return trip on all three days at RM120,

*Return trip on Saturday and Sunday (race day) at RM90, and
