this two days is really one of my entire life most down time.

i have too many thing unsolved

but i know enough is enough, i will regain my footing and concentrate on stocks market, forum and comrades, friend and family.

enough is enough

sifu one step at a time.....dun cut all at once....else u will go back

make plans and strategy to cut down....say u smoke 10 per day....u cut down lor...use nicotin or something

or drink 3 bottles cut down lor.....if u suddly cut all u will get back to the bad habit
