Oldtown shares in off-market deal

PETALING JAYA: Food and beverage operator Oldtown Bhd saw a block of 10 million shares cross hands in an off-market deal at RM1.30 per share.
The company was listed last July and has a share base of 330 million shares. According to Bloomberg data, the largest shareholder is Old Town International Sdn Bhd with a 57.61% stake
