Tiger Synergy, Oldtown sees shares transacted off-market

KUALA LUMPUR: Tiger Synergy Bhd and Oldtown Bhd were among the companies where there were several off-market deals transacted.
Tiger Synergy's nine million shares were crossed at an average price of 15 sen on Friday, unchanged from Thursday's closing price.
Based on stock market data, the shares represented 2.94% of its shares issue of 306.10 million units.
At midday, Tiger Synergy's share price was down 0.5 sen to 14.5 sen.
Meanwhile, Oldtown's 5.88 million shares were transacted at an average price of RM1.51 each, which was seven sen above Thursday's closing price of RM1.44.
The shares represented 1.78% of its paid-up.
Oldtown ended the morning session nine sen higher at RM1.53.
Tiger Synergy's nine million shares were crossed at an average price of 15 sen on Friday, unchanged from Thursday's closing price.
