Ramunia seeks investors’ nod for new name

KUALA LUMPUR: Ramunia Holdings Bhd plans to seek shareholders approval for the proposed change of name to “TH Heavy Engineering Bhd” at the forthcoming extraordinary general meeting.

The company said it has received approval from the Companies Commission of Malaysia (CCM) for the use of the new name.
