London Biscuits placement shares fixed at RM1

KUALA LUMPUR: London Biscuits Bhd has fixed the issue price for the first tranche of the private placement, comprising of 4.50 million shares, at RM1 each.
It said on Monday, this was a premium of 35.14% above the five-day volume-weighted average market price of the ordinary shares of RM1 each, up to and including April 20 of 74 sen per share.
"The board is currently identifying suitable placees for the remaining placement shares of up to 24.87 million," it said.
