Hubline's 20m placement shares fixed at 20c each

KUALA LUMPUR: Hubline Bhd has fixed the issue price for its private placement of 20 million shares with 30 million warrants at 20 sen per placement share.
It said on Thursday the issue price was 150% above the five-days volume weighted average market price of the shares up to and including Wednesday of 8.0 sen per Hubline share.
This placement was the 16th tranche of the private placement exercise of new shares representing up to 16.45% of the paid-up share capital together with free warrants on the basis of three warrants for two placement shares subscribed.
