Daya Materials arm to buy 5 office units (0091)

KUALA LUMPUR: Daya Materials Bhd's subsidiary, Daya
Urusharta Sdn Bhd will acquire five office units in Solaris Dutamas for RM3.192 million.
Daya Material, in a filing to Bursa Malaysia today, said the proposed acquisition will enable them to expand their existing corporate office which is located on the same floor as the properties being acquired.
The exercise is not expected to have any material effect on the earnings, earnings per share, net assets per share, share capital, gearing and substantial shareholders' shareholdings of Daya Materials.
The acquisition is expected to be completed by the fourth quarter this year.--BERNAMA
