KUALA LUMPUR: Daya Materials Bhd's unit, Daya OCI Sdn
Bhd has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Cesti
Technologies Sdn Bhd to jointly participate in the marketing with
technical presentation, preparation and submission of tenders for
relevant projects in the oil and gas
(O&G) sectors.
In a filing to Bursa Malaysia today, Daya said upon issuance of the
letter of award, both Daya OCI and Cesti Technologies would jointly
undertake, manage
and complete the projects.
Cesti Technologies is involved in engineering, planning,
manufacturing, supply and execution of chemically solutions
environmental engineering trades such as chemical cleaning, chemical
flushing and decontaminations and in-situ
waste management as part of its O&G business. -- BERNAMA
