We maintain LMC as a HOLD with unchanged TP of
MYR9.60 (21x 2014 PER).
As for the steel players, we are attaching
their mid-cycle P/B valuations:
(i) AJR: new TP of MYR2.10 (from MYR1.26) on 1x P/B (from 0.6x); and
(ii) Kinsteel: new TP of MYR0.58 (from MYR0.32) on 1x P/B (from 0.4x).
We also see trading opportunity for the other construction steel players, particularly Lion Industries (NR) as a laggard play; its P/B of 0.3x is below the sector’s average.

We believe that AFG has further northward distance to go. A “Flag” formation has
taken shape on the daily chart, and yesterday’s 9 sen advance serves as
confirmation of this bullish chart pattern. Furthermore, the key indicators have also
been improving and gaining momentum lately. Thus, we believe that the share
price could potentially make its way towards RM5.95 next.

yesterday. The key indicators have now hooked upwards from oversold territory.
Thus, we believe that the share price is poised for a strong rebound towards
RM0.350 and possibly RM0.400 next.
