KUALA LUMPUR (June 6): The FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures contracts on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives were traded lower at mid-day today, amid the weaker sentiment in the underlying cash market, dealers said.
As at lunch break, June 2013 was down eight points to 1,767, July 2013 eased seven points to 1,777, and September 2013 declined 7.5 points to 1,767.5, while December 2013 was 6.5 points weaker at 1,777.
Turnover stood at 4,068 lots, while open interest totalled 34,957 contracts. The underlying FBM KLCI lost 3.2 points to 1,771.22.
