Dr Yu acquires warrants in Rapid Synergy again

KUALA LUMPUR (Oct 23): Datuk Dr Yu Kuan Chon has acquired additional 876,600 million Rapid Synergy Bhd (Financial Dashboard) warrants on Monday (Oct 20) at RM5.226 a piece.
According to the filing with Bursa Malaysia, Yu bought the warrants on the open market. The number of warrants Yu purchased represents a 4.33% of the total warrants of the Company.
With the latest purchase, Yu controls some 9.59 million or 47.34% of the company's warrants issued.
Yu is the single largest shareholder of YNH Property Bhd, holding 18.353 million shares or 20.99% stake in the property developer.
Rapid Synergy's share price declined three sen to close at RM6.12 bringing its market capitalisation to RM534.95 million. Some 199,500 units were traded throughout the day.
Its warrants inched up one sen or 0.19% to settle the day at RM5.24.
