AmBank issues new call warrants

KUALA LUMPUR: AmBank (M) Bhd is issuing five new European style cash-settled call warrants (CW) on the shares in Petronas Gas Bhd (PetGas), Kulim (M) Bhd, KPJ Healthcare Bhd, Hock Seng Lee Bhd (HSL) and Batu Kawan Bhd (BKawan).
The CWs will be listed tomorrow with tenures of about eight months and issue size of up to 100 million each. In a statement, AmBank said the CW on PetGas is priced at 15 sen with a gearing of 6.53 times.
The CWs on Kulim and KPJ are also priced at 15 sen but with a respective gearing of 4.52 times and 6.33 times.
The issue price for the CWs on HSL and BKawan is at 15 sen, with a gearing of four and 5.07 times respectively.
