OSK Investment gets new chairman

KUALA LUMPUR: OSK Holdings Bhd today announced the retirement of Dr
Choong Tuck Yew as Director and Chairman of OSK Investment Bank
Bhd (OSKIB), a wholly owned subsidiary of OSK, effective January 28.
The
company's Senior Independent Non-Executive Director, Foo San Kan, has
been re-designated to assume the chairmanship of OSKIB with the approval
of Bank Negara Malaysia, it said in a statement here today.
Foo's term, effective January 29 this year, will be for a period of three years. - Bernama
