RHB Now Mobile Banking app available

KUALA LUMPUR: The RHB Now Mobile Banking app is now available on iPhone, iPad, Android and other smartphones for free.

Customers who download it will be able to enjoy mobile banking services such as Account Enquiry, Bill Payment, Fund Transfer, Prepaid reload, Branch/ATM locator and Assistance.

In a statement, RHB Bank managing director Johari Abdul Muid said: "In line with RHB Now's tagline ‘Banking right here, right now' we understand how important it is for our customers to be able to do their banking fast and hassle free.

"With RHB Now Internet Banking, customers have already been able to do their online banking wherever they are via [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] But now, with the new application for smartphones, mobile banking is just one touch away. Our aim is to add value to the demanding lives of our customers through solution-based products such as the RHB Now smartphone application."

To download the RHB Now Mobile Banking app, customers need to visit the Apple App Store on their device. For Android devices, customers can download the app from Google Play.

For J2ME enabled Symbian phones, they can visit rhb.com.my through their mobile phone browser to download and install the RHB Now Mobile into their phone.

The new RHB Now app allows customers to make bill payments to their credit card or which they have identified as ‘favourite' in the RHB Now banking website. Similarly, Fund Transfers can be made to their own RHB account or to any other bank which they have identified as ‘favourite' in the RHB Now Internet banking.

For the convenience of prepaid users, reloads can also be done to any mobile phone number in their ‘favourite' list.

For customers who need to physically go the bank, the Branch/ATM locator function can help customers find a RHB Bank nearest to them by providing a location map.
