At 9.28 am, spot month October 2013 gained two points to 1,770.5, November 2013 jumped 2.5 points to 1,771, December 2013 rose 1.5 points to 1,771, while March 2014 stood at 1,764.
Turnover stood at 559 lots, while open interest totalled 40,276 contracts.
The underlying FBM KLCI was 1.35 points lower at 1,769.1 after 28 minutes of trading.
