At 9.43 am, spot month October 2013 rose 4.5 points to 1,818.5, November 2013 gained four points to 1,818.5 and December 2013 added two points to 1,817.
Turnover stood at 9,343 lots while open interest totalled 43,583 contracts.
The underlying FBM KLCI was 1.42 of a point easier at 1,816.15 after 43 minutes of trading.
