UM Land signs agreement with IIB

PETALING JAYA: United Malayan Land Bhd (UM Land) has entered into a collaboration agreement with Iskandar Investment Bhd (IIB) IIB for the parties to hold exclusive negotiations in respect of an acquisition of land in Medini, Iskandar Malaysia with rights to undertake development on the said land.
“Pursuant to the collaboration agreement, the parties will execute the relevant legal documentation to govern the proposed investment at a later date,” UM Land told Bursa Malaysia today, adding that further details would be announced in due course
